Covid Reporting Instructions

In order to protect the participants of AYSO, and also to protect the privacy of affected members, we have instituted a special Covid Reporting process:

If a member of an AYSO team is exposed to Covid 19, please send the following information to the Region immediately (email to [email protected] )

Name of member exposed
Date of exposure (estimate if unsure)
Date of first symptoms (if any)
Date of Covid test, and result
Date of most recent participation in or at AYSO Region 65 program
