How to Earn Referee Bucks

10U through 19U games

Earn 1 Referee Buck for every game (Center, AR or Mentor)
Note - this does not interfere with the Referee Points required to advance to playoffs

Mentoring (authorized mentors only)

Earn a complete new set of gear (the equivalent of hitting 15, 25 and 40 at the same time)
Completing an Upgrade (Intermediate, Advanced or National)
